EvaBiancheria ships to Italy and all over the world only through the Poste Italiane express courier service. All goods shipped by EvaBiancheria are carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods, EvaBiancheria will insert the invoice in the package indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

FREE INSURANCE

EvaBiancheria is covered in all shipments by a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

ORDER EVASION

All orders duly filled out and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from EvaBiancheria, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

EvaBiancheria offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service made available by Poste Italiane . The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by Poste Italiane that will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for Extra-EU or Extra-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days from shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation document with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local Italian Post Office and to EvaBiancheria, by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to EvaBiancheria will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to EvaBiancheria at the Customer's expense. In this case, EvaBiancheria will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
