Eva Biancheria ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via Poste Italiane express courier. All goods shipped by Eva Biancheria are carefully packaged. Eva Biancheria will include an invoice with the shipment, detailing prices and discounts, even for sales.
FREE INSURANCE
Eva Biancheria is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days. All shipments leave Eva Biancheria, Italy, on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

EvaB iancheria offers its customers a trackable shipping service provided by Poste Italiane . Customers will receive an email confirming the shipment of their goods, along with a tracking number provided by Poste Italiane , allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product's destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days of shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local Italian Post Office and to Eva Biancheria by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Eva Biancheria will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Eva Biancheria at the Customer's expense. In this case, Eva Biancheria will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
