Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on EvaBiancheria may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or the monitor used. EvaBiancheria is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on EvaBiancheria

If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
EvaBiancheria may change the products offered for sale on EvaBiancheria and the related price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment. Order Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed upon registration and/or creation of a personal account (“register for free”) of the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of the products offered for sale on EvaBiancheria can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on EvaBiancheria is prohibited.
EvaLinens. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
EvaBiancheria will communicate to the customer via e-mail any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and shipping costs.
Terms of payment
EvaLinens. accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
EvaBiancheria.accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to EvaBiancheria - via e-mail - no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
We will send the ordered items, upon crediting the sum due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details to make the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to the EvaBiancheria address specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer receipt - order".
Any other payment methods can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of EvaBiancheria. For further information and/or clarifications you can send an email to EvaBiancheria. The products ordered remain the property of EvaBiancheria until the relevant price has been fully collected. Shipping methods Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is the responsibility of the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping cost
All purchases are delivered via SDA courier. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipping costs 5.9 euros, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the site which provide free delivery.

Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to post office boxes).
