Return Terms
You can return any product purchased on evabiancheria.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
You have a total of 30 days to complete the entire return process: 14 days to notify us of your wish to return the product and an additional 14 days to ship the package.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please communicate your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

After receiving and confirming your return request, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product.
You can choose whether to return the item yourself, shipping the package with your preferred courier, or request collection through our dedicated courier.
If you choose to collect your order through our courier, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for accepting returns
The right of withdrawal is valid only if:

The product is intact and in the same condition in which it was received.

All tags and original packaging are present.

The product has not been used, washed, worn or tampered with .

The return concerns the entire purchased item (e.g. it is not possible to return only part of an outfit).
Important :

Products customized or modified at the customer's request cannot be returned (except in the event of an error on our part).

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.
Return shipping
The product must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
In the event of an order with free shipping obtained by exceeding a minimum threshold, and a partial return that brings the total below that threshold, we reserve the right to withhold the shipping costs from the refund .
Products excluded from return
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return :

Underwear or lower parts of swimwear worn in direct contact with the skin

Adhesive bras, adhesive accessories, silicone cups and padding in one size

Stockings, tights and socks, also in one size
These items, if returned, will not be refunded or replaced .
REIMBURSEMENT
Once your return is received and verified, we will issue your refund within 3 business days , barring inventory overflows. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.
Crediting times vary depending on the payment method:

Credit card : Refunds issued within 7 business days. Display depends on the issuing bank.

PayPal : Credit within 24 hours of refund confirmation.

Bank/postal transfer (for cash on delivery or on-demand payments): Payment will be credited within 10 business days of confirmation. Customer Service must provide your IBAN.

Cash on delivery : refund by bank transfer only, no cash refunds.
Please note : For security reasons, we cannot refund to cards other than the one used for the purchase.
